Do good to yourself and you can become the changes you wish to see in the world..

The world are facing massive global problems. The effects of pollution, global warming and the destruction of our planet have never been so visible or measurable.

Climate change affects people living in poor countries more than it affects people in rich countries. Their struggle to earn a living, feed their families and create safe and stable homes is becoming more difficult day by day.

But besides Climate Change we have a lot of other global issues to fight.

Inequality are one of them.

Inequality has been on the rise across the globe for several decades. This happens while a a few percent of the worlds population holds an astoundingly disproportionate share of global wealth.

But Inequality is not inevitable – it is a political choice,
and therefore we do not have to accept it, and we can make a difference just as we can also make a difference in many of the world's other challenges.

In a gentle way, you can shake the world

Said by Mahatma Gandhi.

Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, October 1869 – 30 January 1948) was an Indian lawyer, anti-colonial nationalist, and political ethicist, who employed nonviolent resistance to lead the successful campaign for India’s independence from British Rule, and in turn inspired movements for civil rights and freedom across the world.

There is no reason to underestimate the little things that can make a big difference.

Shaping the future by doing good

We’re all responsible for the state of the world. So why do only some of us care enough to act?

Bad Habits

We must stop justifying bad habits. As long as we stick to bad habits they keep us away from greatness. Greatness to do something good for ourself, and greatness to take responsibility for the world we are living in.

Doing Good

Doing good makes the world a better place.

Doing Good  also encourage others to repeat the good deeds they’ve experienced themselves – which in turn again contributes to a better world.

Egoism

Selfishness and altruism are complementary quantities like yin and yang. But as humans, we have duties to look for the good and condemn the bad. If not explicitly, then through the heart and through our own actions.

Take the lead and be the change you want to see in the world.

You can be the positive role model who shows others how to live a life of integrity, commitment, compassion and the belief that our efforts make a difference.

Vegan

Going Vegan is an example of a way to influence the world

Vegan

Going Vegan is an example of a way to influence the world

A vegan or plant-based diet excludes all animal products, including meat, dairy, and eggs. In most studies, vegan diets are considered to be healthier than a diet containing meat.

Going vegan is one of the best things we can do to help stop animal cruelty. By refusing to pay for animal products, we reduce the demand for them.

By going vegan, we will also have a huge impact on the environment, as animal agriculture is the second highest contributor to climate change.

But this is not about vegan but about sustainability.

It is about you establishing mindful shopping habits and choosing products based on their impact on the environment. What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make.

 - Poverty -

 - Poverty -

Climate change affects people living in poor countries more than it affects people in rich countries. Their struggle to earn a living, feed their families and create safe and stable homes is becoming more difficult day by day.

Developed countries, which are to blame for the climate crisis, must take responsibility and contribute with funds and technologies to developing countries in order to eradicate poverty.

But eradicating extreme poverty requires more than just financial and development assistance. In order to succeed, it is also necessary to respect the rights of women and girls', and in particular to accelerate their right to political influence, education and to decide over their own bodies.

Gender inequality is an important driver of poverty

Gender inequality is an important driver of poverty

Girls should be in school and not married, but in most developing countries woman and child bride's ability to determine the number and spacing of their children is limited or non-existant
